The cost of R1.5 billion to rename Pretoria Tshwane could be ploughed into job creation say Abacus


COSATU should aim a serious broadside at the powers that be in the Pretoria City Council who are strongly contemplating spending an estimated R1.5 billion to rename the city Tshwane, because this huge amount of money could go a long way towards creating jobs in a country that is facing massive unemployment - unemployment that is allegedly so bad that the trade union wants government to declare a national emergency.
